I'm currently based in New York, but I spent five years living and working in Ghana, which gave me a front-row seat to how financial technology is reshaping everyday life across West Africa, from mobile money adoption to the growing interest in crypto and digital assets as alternatives to traditional banking.

Fintech and crypto are full of jargon that keeps ordinary people locked out of conversations that directly affect their money. My goal is simple: take complex topics — stablecoins, BNPL, tokenization, digital banking, and explain them the way I'd explain them to a friend, without the noise.
